£48 commission per month. For properties with low rents by negotiation. Set up fee for new Tenancies are £200. Mid Term inventory £70 a year. No hidden services fees.

Tenants are not charged admin fees for setting up tenancies(Tenant fees Act 2019). We do have the right to charge for certain services during the tenancy, an example:

-Rent and Deposit

-To change tenancy agreement (£50) if requested by Tenants.
