What is the process to letting a house?
If you see a house you like we will ask you to complete an application form and provide the following details:
National Insurance
x2 Forms of ID
At least last 3 weeks wage slips
Contract of employment
Do you take Bonds?
We do take bonds which are kept in the tenancy deposit scheme. At the end of your tenancy we will assess your property fairly. You can find out more details here https://www.tenancydepositscheme.com
How many people can live in a property?
A maximum of 2 unrelated people can live in a 2 bedroom house. It doesn't matter how big or how many bedrooms there are ONLY 2 unrelated people can live in that property. If you are a family or related family this issue does not relate. We may however ask for proof of relationship to the family.
If you are found to have more than 2 unrelated people in the property you may be prosecuted by East Riding Of Yorkshire Council. You can find out more here https://www.eastriding.gov.uk
